When taking your measurements, always use a cloth measuring tape*. For the most accurate results, have someone else measure you. Also, make sure the tape measure is held snugly and firmly (not tightly) against your body and is always parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.
Remember to wear proper undergarments. If you wear a special support bra for riding, your measurements should be taken with that bra on.
We highly recommend measuring a properly fitted garment and comparing those measurements to the ones you take.
Measure across the back from the corner of one shoulder to the corner of the other shoulder. For this measurement, I recommend measuring a jacket you already have that fits properly. Laying the jacket flat, measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Measure around the fullest part of the bust. This measurement is taken above the band of your bra, and may not be the same as your bra size.
Measure the smallest part of the waist. The natural waist is below the rib cage and usually above the bellybutton. Do not take this measurement around the waistband of your clothing.
The hip measurement is taken at the widest part of the hips (around your bottom!). Do not take this measurement around the waistband of your clothing, or where your hands fall when you "put your hands on your hips."
With one arm down at a slight angle, start from the corner of the shoulder and measure down to where you'd like your sleeve to end. You can also use a shirt that already fits you well. Just lay it flat and measure from the corner shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Loginhere with your email and order number or account information to make an exchange. You must first return your item for approval. Follow the steps to initiate your return.
Once you have your information from your return packaging. Print out your Kois Kloset return number or write number on a paper and attach to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, we recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Returns/Store Credit (Instructions)

(3) Click Return Items
(4) Click on the Order and Items requesting for Exchange
(5) Follow the Instructions for Exchange
You will receive an email with your return I.D. number. Once your return has been authorized. Please either print this page or write the return number on a paper with the merchandise being returned.
Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return I.D. number will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.
Any package postmarked after the first 14 days following delivery will not be issued store credit. Customers will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address.NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is the customers responsibility to return all authorized items within 14 days of the RMA issue date.
Once we have received your return please allow 5 to10 business days for your store credit to be issued. Once your Store credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your store credit amounts. We won't leave you hanging!
Orders placed using Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit. Afterpay will continue to debit the funds from your account until your Afterpay balance is paid in full.
We do not allow double returns (only one return for an exchange will be processed).
Orders placed with store credit and or gift certificates turns that order to a final sale.
It is the customers responsibility to verify their shipping address, any packages returned to us because it was deemed undeliverable will be charged a $7.99 restocking fee plus shipping charges is applies.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.
Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $7.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned.
If an item is returned after 14 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.
We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Kois Kloset will not be able to fulfill your return.
