WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Return packages must be postmarked within the 14 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.

  • Return packages postmarked after the first 14 days from delivery will have a $7.99 restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed

  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL 

  • Any item with a markdown and or has final sale written on the outfit is final sale and is non-returnable or exchangeable.

  • Items marked down 50-70% off (Or Special Offers Included) will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

  • Bodysuits, Sale items, Handbags, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.

  • If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.



WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy listed above. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy above may be subject to denial.

  • At this time, online exchanges are only available for orders paid with credit or debit. 

  • Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size. Please email customer service for assistance with exchanges for different colors or styles, or if the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable.

  • Online exchanges are available one time per item.

  • Online exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the continental US.

No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items. 

  • Online exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from delivery of the item.

  • Final Sale items returned for refund rather than exchange.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We accept return packages postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. If your return is postmarked after this time frame, your return will be denied and sent back to you. We accept exchanges within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. 

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Login here with your email and order number or account information. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have your information from your return packaging. Print out your Kois Kloset return number or write number on a paper and attach to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, we recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

(2) Type in the Order Number and Email Address 
(3) Click Return Items
(4) Click on the Order and Items requesting for Return
(5) Follow the Instructions for Returning

 

You will receive an email with your return I.D. number. Once your return has been authorized.Please either print this page or write the return number on a paper with the merchandise being returned.

Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return I.D. number will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.

Any package postmarked after the first 14 days following delivery will not be issued store credit. Customers will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address.NO EXCEPTIONS. 

It is the customers responsibility to return all authorized items within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

 

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. We won't leave you hanging!

 

WILL MY PROMO CODE BE DEDUCTED FROM MY REFUND?

Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

 

AFTER PAY RETURNS

Orders placed using Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit. Afterpay will continue to debit the funds from your account until your Afterpay balance is paid in full. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES / STORE CREDIT

We do not allow double returns (only one return for an exchange will be processed). 

Orders placed with store credit and or gift certificates turns that order to a final sale. 

 

RESTOCKING FEE 

It is the customers responsibility to verify their shipping address, any packages returned to us because it was deemed undeliverable will be charged a $7.99 restocking fee plus shipping charges is applies.

 

SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

 

RETURN TO SENDER 

Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $7.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned. 

ABANDONED RETURNS

If an item is returned after 14 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that may be incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


In some cases, your package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued for the refused package.


Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the above return shipping costs.

We recommend using USPS  flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored.
